Chef Na has always had a love for sushi. His journey to become a sushi chef began with him working in hotels as cleaning staff. With passion and hard work, Younghee worked his way up to becoming a head chef, mastering the art of sushi during the process. Soon, Younghee decided to move to America and start his own business, and Shark Sushi was born
Chef Park was taken under the guiding wing of Chef Na. Having learned the art of sushi while working in several sushi restaurants, Kevin’s passion soon pushed him to work in an independent setting. After becoming a part of Shark Sushi and taking on the identity of “Kevin ”, he refined his craft with the mission to provide high quality sushi to whoever sat before him.
